Information is coming fast this morning!

Seems to mainly match the list of worlds at bwe3, with a few additions. This raises the question of:
- Do we stick to Jade Quarry – pros = everyone knows where we are, community seemed ok; cons = by day 3 of bwe3 it was full, so potential that people who haven’t prepurchased may get locked out.
- Or do we move elsewhere, to one of the new server names so that we don’t double-up on everyone who also decides to “just stick with their bta world”.
There will be the ability to switch worlds for “a time” at release – don’t know how long that time is though. I’ve also seen full worlds drop back to high when reloading the world list a few times, so it is possible that people could still get across to JQ even if at the first instant they try it lists as full.
My temptation is to stick with JQ because people know it – it’s the easier choice – but I’d like some feedback. What’s your thoughts?
I would prefer to stick with JQ because of its high population and performance in WvW during the BWE’s – we’re ranked pretty highly, the combat was great, our server matchups were even at the end, and a high pop server helps us avoid that issue we had in Aion :s besides, if you can’t get in initially, can’t you create your character on a different server then get moved to JQ?
Yes, you can create elsewhere and move. They are also going to have free transfers for the first few days… But that’s based on interviews a month ago, so may change. Otherwise it’ll cost around $22.50 US to transfer to a high population server.
And influence earned for the guild while ON the other server looks like it will be locked TO that server. Likewise, guild upgrades seem to be server specific. So I’d recommend not using Tomes until you’re on the right server, or it’ll be wasted.
I don’t really care what server we are on. I have friends from Mythical (#1 Aion Legion on Israphel) my old legion, that are probably going to Crystal Desert. They are avoiding Jade Quarry, apparently some people from Israphel that they want to get away from are coming to JQ. I can still guest with them for pve and vice versa, so it’s all good.
