They’ve worked out the recipes/ingredients required for legendary weapons, and have screenshots of most of them.
In GW1 terms, the work involved in getting these look to be a combination of getting GWAMM, Obsidian Armor, and a Tormented Weapon. So they’re definitely long-term goals if you’re interested in one.

Note: there are a few skins not captured yet – the Axe “Frostfang”, the hammer “Juggernaut” and the Greatsword “Twilight” being a few of them.
Note: This one has lightning effects running up/down the blade – the screenshot doesn’t do it justice.
The snakes at the top move around.
Note that there is a twin to this called Twilight (night-sky on the blade), and combining Sunrise+Twilight gives a Greatsword where the appearance alters on the games day/night cycle to the Sunrise/Twilight skins.

Ectos are only obtained by salvaging level 70+ rare/exotic (gold/orange) items.
