ArenaNet have announced the dates (but not times yet) for GW2 Wintersday festival, and an event page has been started here which will get updated as more information becomes available.

We’re intending to activate the Guild 24h Karma Buff this weekend so that people can again use it to boost the amount of karma they get from saved Jugs of Liquid Karma. We’ve got a couple of karma banners that can be used too (the banners, guild buff and the store’s karma booster all stack – having all three up means you get 7650 karma per jug instead of 4500!).

What I’d like to ask for feedback on is – what times are the best times for the guild karma buffs/banners to be available to people? The buff lasts for a 24hr period (and takes 48hr to replace), while the banners last 1h each (4hr to rebuild – but we can build multiples of these in advance).
